Alhamdullilah (Thank God) I have an idea of what I’m going to do for my PDHPE (personal development, health and *something*) assignment. We have to do a health promotion based on one health prioty in Australia. I decided to do Mental health problems and from that I chose “Eating disorders among teens”. Haha…i know it’s cliche, but I have alot of info on it due to my previous assignments. Because magazines are one of the greatest influences for a girl’s identity, I’m going to do a reversal of what magazines tend to do. They normally, develop this idea beauty, resulting in dangerous actions amongst teens such as eating disorders. I’m going to create a POSITIVE magazine for teens, but i need to do something else with it, like somehing more solid. Hmms…im just GLAD i know what im gonna do! :D
The skin under my eye does this weird twitching thing…i should probably get it checked.
jogs. Well not too long, 30 mins max lol. Just came back from a refreshing jog. I <3 windy afternoons. I ended my jog with Hope’s ‘Who am i to say’, while seeing the sunset. Absolute contentment.
